Hello,

We have a problem with our Remote Apps / TS gateway. First off al I want to scetch our infrastucture

- 2003 server x64 with exchange 2007 (OWA on IIS) - going to call it server1
- 2008 server x86 with TS Gateway, remote apps & RPC website on iis7 - going to call it server2
- ISA 2006 with correct listeners to owa & ts website (incl signed ssl cert)

All our traffic for OWA, TS gateway goes over SSL. So the RPC on server2 filters out the traffic for the owa website & the traffic for the ts gateway.
Now sporadicly our user can't connect with their remote apps. They can login in to the TS webworkplace and see all the different installed remote apps. But when they click on their username is asked but when entered they can't login. The message login failed appears.

To fix this, we do a IISreset /restart & they can log back in.
The same time our owa website isn't accesible until the reset

The problem is that I really don't know where to start looking, we have changed the following allready:
- authentication passthrough on terminal remote apps settings
- enabled different authentication types in the IIS manager on the head & child websites
- installed all available security updates
- disabled any kind of redirection (printers, plug-play, etc...)
- viewed & reviewed every message in the event logs (not even one reffers to anything near it)

So if someone has a clue where to start that would be very helpfull :)
Thanks for the reply's
