IE 8 not displaying Flash or Menus

When I publish a HTML page the menu and any flash objects aren't being seen. I have lower all the security settings and enabled everything I could think of. This was never a problem before the service pack 2 for IE. This is on my Web Server with 2008 RC2.

Please try to set the IE 8 to the compatibility view first and check it again.
