I'm having a problem with the memory usage at windows server 2008, 32bits.
I have 4gb of memory, but when I work with a data manipulation program (Stata 10) I can only allocate 1,100mb of memory.
Someone knows what could be happening?
Months ago I could allocate 1,500mb (not what I wanted/needed), but when I installed the Panda antivirus my situation got worse.
