Hello all.

I hope you can help me out with this. I looked everywhere but can't find the right answers.

Im trying to run a Web server on my Windows Server 2008. But somehow it just won't work from outside the lan.
It also has issues inside the lan. When I try to pen the page (http://192.168.1.8) from other computer it loads up the website.
But when I press a link to other page it says it can't find that page. This link is also internal and in the same Directory. It
Used to work great on the other server I was hosted on.

I hope I descriped my problem as good as possible. I know you will ask a lot of questions So i also give you all the setting I did to make things more clear.

Im sorry for the many Pictures. But it seemes like a good idea to show what I did Exactly.

Some additional Information:

* I have a Router that has Port 80 directed to 198.168.1.8 (my server)
* My windows Firewall is turned on And also has Port 80 open.
* It's a really Simple HTML site with links to differend pages that used to work great.
* I also have a FTP running on this server that can be accessed from outside. (BulletProof Server)
* I tested this Web Server from Inside the Lan and Outside the lan (Asked other to test it for me)

Hope You guys know more than I do. Because im a lil Noob to this Windows Server 2008.

Ty for your help.

Greetings Maurice.

Are you trying to access it by IP or domain name?

If it is by IP does your ISP allow inbound traffic on port 80?

It could be your ISP blocks port 80. If they do run the server on another port use some external service to forward port 80 requests. If 80 is allowed by your ISP then your DNS might not be configured correctly.
