Gobal Administrative Password

Can I create a global administrative password for user accounts? I want to be able to login to user accounts with their username and my admin password. Can I do this?

Just set all the passwords for all user accounts to the same thing.

Thanks for the reply, but that's not going to work for obvious security reasons.

I need everyone to have their own unique password with an admin password to get into their account.
