Server 2008 As A Remote Desktop Hub

Is it possible to use a Win Server 2008 as a remote desktop 'hub' to allow users to connect to 2008 then somehow 'tunnel' to the other workstations that have remote desktop enabled but have no internet presence?

It should be possible as long as all the computers are on the same network and have a private IP.
