Allow More Conections To Server

when i am signed in as administrator on a 2003 server 1 more administrator can loggin on this server
when i am signed in as administrator on a 2008 server and another administrator wants to loggin he takes over my session
how can we allow that 2 administrators can sign in.

You have to install TS Role for this.
