Backing Up User Files

Hi

Is it possible with any version of Windows Server 2008 to schedule backups on specific folders of a desktop computer (C:/AFolder/ThisFolder/IMPORTANTSTUFF) in the same domain as the server.

If no, what solutions exist beside Symantec backupexec.
