Windows 2008 Server, Distributing Tasks Across Servers

Hey all,
I have a question on initial configuration of a few servers. Basically I have two servers, and 4 roles I need to complete.

First Server: Dell R410 Standard with 6TB SATA Raid 5, 6GB Mem, Windows 2008 Server standard R2 64Bit.
Second: Dell R715 Standard with 146GB SAS 10Krpm Raid 1, 12GB Mem, Windows 2008 Server sTandard R2 64Bit. 6 Drive bays open.

50 domain users, only about 25 connected at any given time, non-roaming profiles. DC is just used for authentication and Management/Group Policy.

Server 1 is currently our AV server, SEP, and backup server, although only about 6 other servers, and less than 1TB of data actually back up to it.

Server 2 is in the works to be the domain controller ,and the RDP (previously TSS) server for max 5 simultaneous connections running some extremely simple Dos based apps, converted to windows, so extremely small apps.

I've read a lot of articles that say that RDP server and DC roles should not be on the same server. Do you all think with what I have spec'd above, that I will encounter any issues with running RDP on my DC?

Other Suggestions? Domain and Backup on server 2, and AV and RDP on Server 1?
