Domain Computer Not Showing Up In Network Places

I have updated one (1) of three (3) Active Directory servers to 2008 from 2003 with hardly any problems or glitches. (The other (2) AD server will be updates in the next week or so.) One of the problems that I am experiencing is that the domain computers at the (3) sites are not showing up in Network Places. All the domain computers show at their sites, but nowhere else. In other words Site-1 domain computers can be seen, but not Site-2. Site-2 cannot see Site-1 or Site-3 etc. Is there a setting to allow the entire domain computer to been seen across the board. This problem did not exist till I went from 2003 AD to 2008 AD at Site-1.
 
I had a similar problem but all the DCs where 2008, I had to create a trust between each domain.

This sounds like a relationship problem. Are you sure you don't have changed the functionality from 2k3 to 2k8 at domain level?
