Windows Server Ip Question

Hey Guys,

I'm going to rent a Windows Server, but I have a question.

If I have 5 useable IP addresses on the server, can I make each browser I install (Firefox, Chrome, IE) connect to the outside world via one different IP out of 5 available?

If so, how?

Should be possible if you set the IP in the browser proxy configuration. Haven't tried it, but, I would think it could be done.
