Monitor Ddos Connections

Hi,

I have Windows 2008 R2 Dedicated server and its running fine. I am running camfrog chat services in my server so I can't enable Windows firewall in this server. If I enabled the camfrog isn't working. However the server is getting freeze and at that time its having 1Gig of network lagg. after few minutes its getting normal. On that time I am not able to access the server due to heavy lagg. But the ping response is always normal while that ;lag is arrised. In camfrog chat service totally max 600customers only making chat. Can anyone please let me know how can I stop this laggy and ho can I find this connections after the laggy is dropped.

Hi,

You must open the right ports used by CamFrog, also make sure to enable the application (.exe file). Stop the camfrog service, do the configuration on your firewall and then restart camfrog.

Regarding the "freezing", it looks like the bottleneck is your CPU or RAM which is used too much creating LAG. Anyway, from my POV, you should ask to CamFrog forum / help desk, because this looks like an application related problem...
