Hello
I am using Windows 2008 Server R2 X64 using microsoft remote desktop where the audio is redirected to the client via remote desktop. The server has no sound device, yet via desktop experience it has "Remote Audio" device installed. All is fine, except at times - after several hours of work - audio files will not play. When I try to manually run windows media player on a .wav file I am getting "windows media player has encountered a problem playing the file" and a windows media player window saying "media changing ....". The computer works fine. The problem needs a reboot to be resolved until the next time. All audio files are in good shape. No disk problems whatsoever.
This would happen once every 3-4 hours after reboot.
Any idea ?
Thanks
