Hi
i will try to explain my current setup to help with the question
At the moment all servers are 2003 version, i.e. AD server, Exchange server, File server, Terminal Server, ISA Etc. over the last few weeks i have upgraded the users to windows 7. windows 7 creates a new profile for the users (a .v2 version). the terminal being 2003 is based upon the same idea as xp is only looking at the users old profiles and is unable to see the new profile.
my problem
to solve this issue in thinking of upgrading the terminal server to server 2008 as this can work with the new profile type, i think. my question is will the new 2008 server set up as a terminal server sit nice and happy in a 2003 domain or am i likely to have issues in AD or any other area?
my help would be great
Thanks
KC
