Present Multiple Ie Shortcuts With Sessions Using Different Proxy Settings?

We need to be able to present multiple internet explorer sessions with different proxy settings to our freelancers. Is there a way to have a configuration where our freelancers see something like this:

IE Shortcut1 -> Proxy1
IE Shorcut2 -> Proxy2
IE Shortcut3 -> Proxy3

Basically we don't want the freelancers to have to go into their internet properties each time just to change their proxy settings in order to connect to a specific client's website.

Any ideas?

No, there's no options to launch with different settings. You can only assign 3 different policy to 3 different account (freelancer1, 2, 3) but this Means that anytime you want to navigate on a different proxy you must logoff and logon with another account and so another policy.
