Make Bootable Iso Image From Existing Os

I have installed Windows 2003 on my PC and install some software & configured everything. Now I need to make this install OS with the softwares as bootable ISO image to install automatically everything. May I know how can I do this? Also can I possible to take this as image and clone into my another fresh server without install anything?

Use any imaging software to create a bootable disk of your install.

Can you let me know such software names that would be great! Since i can't install norton ghost on windows 2003.
