Monitoring Hosted Application

Hi Guys!
We are using Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 Servers. Out Application is deployed here. Due to Tightly Integration of our application ; Developers need to Access live application placed on Windows Server. We have only one Username 'Our Limitation' but 100s of developers connecting through the same Username.

I have Two goals:

1. Whenever a user gets connect with the Server for Debugging or fixing some live Issue(s) , System Logs

• File he/she changed/Deleted/created along their paths
• Machine Name of that User from which he gets connect to that particular server on which Code is hosted.

PS: It would be Plus point if it all emailed.

Server Machines are in our LAN and some out of LAN.

Your response in this regard will be highly appreciated.
