My name is Jon, i'm 30 years old, and have been working with or playing around with computers since I was 9 (commodore 64). I have many years of call center support (yea I now that's not real tech) but I have been quickly promoted to top tier support at multiple support companies.
I look forward to learning more about my Windows Server 2008 and various other systems.
