Hello,
Im a pretty new user to WS2008 R2 so please be supportive because I have a problem.
I have installed Windows Server 2008 R2 on HP server and connected it to the net on RJ45 to Nextreme II card (to one of four inputs).
Configured IP4 to be a static one (IP, Mask, gate, DNS).
The problem is that the Internet speed is very low (0,5-1,5Mbps) but when I tested the same settings (IP, Mask, gate, DNS and MAC adress) on another computer with Windows 7 the average speed is 10Mbps.
So it looks as if the WS2008 has some setting on limiting the speed, am I right? Where should I look for it?
Any help has a warm welcome.
