Hello everyone,
I am currently running windows server 2008 standard edition and having some issues with the VPN and IIS 7. First of all, they both work; however, IIS 7 seems to stop working few minutes after I restart the server. I cannot seem to access it using my public IP such as "https://XX.XX.XX.XXX:443" (again, it will only work for the first 4 minutes, then stops working). I started getting this error after I installed "remote access and routing". When I uninstall VPN server, I can access IIS 7 anytime, it doesn't go down at all.
Also, when I access my router page (I.E. 192.168.0.1), my server seems to display multiple internal IP such as 192.168.0.102 to 192.168.0.110+ even though I manually set the IP to be 192.168.0.102. Any suggestion to what might be causing this problem? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
-EDIT, I am currently using only ONE NIC, the built in Ethernet port. So, in order to have vpn and IIS 7 access the same time, do I need two different network interface/cards? Or can a single one handle both?
