Problem with UPN

Hello, I have a big problem and that I have created a domain controller along with entire structure.
Now I want to get create an alternative UPN suffix and but the message "The user principal name suffixes can not be updated. Access rights are insufficient for this task.

OS: Windows Server 2008 Enterprise.

Please help thank you!
