Dummies guide to ADO.net ?? I need an example.

I am trying to get a quickstart on ado.net for a vb.net application that I am working on.

I need an example from start to finish. Even the extent of what type of data storage format to use. Access, MSDE, etc.

Open Search Help in .Net and enter walkthrough, you will be able to build a few sample apps from start to end. Or you can search for samples but you may not learn as much.
