File or assembly name ADODB

Ive created and installed a database application on my machine, and everything works fine. When I try to install this same program on a different machine I get the error: "File or assembly name ADODB, or one of its dependencies, was not found"
Why is this not found? Is it not getting installed for some reason?

Not having a clue about doing a .net install I dont know how you
do it, but there is no doubt that you have to somehow include
mdac_typ.exe
