vb.net hard disk space

what is minimum disk space need for vb.net?
i dont have much
can vb.net run off a cd?

A full install is a few gigabytes, I dont know about the lesser installs.

With all the software requirements like IE6, IIS5, the Frameworks, etc... you will need at least 1 gig. and 512 RAM wouldnt hurt.

yes, and I am suffering with 256 on my laptop.
