Im having a terrible time trying to correctly move ASP.NET web
applications between computers so I can work on them in more
than one place.
1.) How do I, after moving an app and all the project and solution
files to a disk, bring them to another computer and set it up as
an application to work on it?
2.) How do I publish my web app to a web server so it recognizes
the folder as an application?
