MSHFlexgrid? Where is it?

Pardon my newbieishness, but I cant find the MSHFlexgrid anywhere. I have Visual Basic.NET Standard. What do I do? Where do I get it? Help me!

I dont have the .net but i think it also should be under

project -----> components

MSHFlexgrid is a COM component, which you really should try to avoid using in .NET. Try the DataGrid component instead.
