Where in AD is the setting for max number of sessions/workstations users are
allowed at once?

I'd like to make a single change but don't need the 3rd party app MS
suggests for a more granular control of users session. i.e.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/237282

I just need to know the defualt and how to change it for some or all users
in AD or where the setting lives.

Thanks for any help.

Re: Control for number of sessions location

Hi Dan,

You could restrict the user to a specific workstation via
AD->[user]->Account tab->"Log on to...".
If there is a setting to limit concurrent user logins, i havent heard of
it...perhaps a group policy setting, but i dont see it after having a quick
look.
or.. you could try communicating a login limit within your user computer
usage policy. -maybe not as effective but worth a try. :-)
