Update Database Using Text Boxes

Ive established the connection to the database, but Im not sure of the syntax to write the value of a text box to a specific field in a table. Can anybody help?

Im using Access 2000. For the sake of clarity, one of the database fields is called "FROM_NAME" and the corresponding text box on the form is called "txtFromName".
