Provider (0x80004005) Unspecified error

I got this error message when I move my application to new server. But the problem is this error message not always appear, about 1/3 times. Mean I run 3 times, this error message only appear once.

Last time I also face the same problem, my solution is adjust some setting in IIS, but this time it wont work....

Anyone help?

open the IIS Manager (in Admin Tools > Control panel)...

click on your server name > Default Web site >

right-click on the folder (your project name) > Properties

next to Application name, click on Create

Yes, this is what I mentioned the setting in IIS. But the problem remain the same.

Finally, I remove the setting and try again, then it only work. I think you miss one step: after click on "Create", the Application Protection should set to "high (Isolated)".
