I know its not really a programming question but I cant find a decent DirectX forum and its relevant to the application Im building atm.
Ive installed DirectX 9 and ever since Ive been getting really bad choppy audio playback in Windows Mediaplayer. Ive made sure Ive got the latest drivers for my Soundblaster and Ive even upgraded to the Beta of Mediaplayer 9. I also tried adjusting the level of Sound Acceleration in DXDiag but none of this makes any difference.
Anyone else had problems? If so have you found a solution?
Cheers!
