PowerBASIC and .NET

I have been programming "a la Petzold" for years on the core SDK API using PowerBASIC.

Now I would like to give VB.NET a try, to see if I can use/port my Skin Engine to .NET

I am looking for other PB/WIN users that would like to share their .NET experience with me.

Does there is already a Skin Engine available for .NET?

Also are they any French users there?
