Programming Experience & CV/Resume

Hi,

Do employers look at personal experience of using software development languages and tools, or is commercial experience the only thing that counts?

Ive been updating my CV today, and then thought wether you people could take a look and give any advice?

NOTE: Address at the top has been changed for obvious reasons.

Had trouble attaching a word document so I had to resort to zipping it.

I would exclude ....Marital Status, Nationality, Age, Place of Birth
Simply not their business.

COMPUTING & IT SKILLS .... Thats how I have it formatted as well.

The rest looks fine.
