Panel flicker .... Sometimes?

Ive got quite a lot of panels im using as pages within a windows form but when changing between then i sometimes get flicker anyone got any ideas?

I use the process of

1. Show panel
2. Hide all others

You could try simply using .BringToFront() on the one you need. I dont see why they should flicker using either method, to be honest. There should be no redraw until youve finished showing and hiding.

thought that myself and ive tried the bring to front the flicker is occasional and pretty minimal

The reason for the flicker is having panels in panels any page with multiple panels suffers from this (There are a lot of pages) any idea how to fix anyone
