Open file dialogue box

Does anyone know of a way to get an Open File dialogue box when a user clicks on a button on a web form? Like the ones in the Microsoft Common Dialogue Control that can be used on windows forms. Is there a special control for webforms ore anything?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as Im a student doing my dissertation and time is running out!!!

Yes, sort of...

If you are trying to upload a file, you can use:

<input type=file>

I know how to retrieve the file in PHP but not ASP.net. It should be easy
