Passing values from pop up window back to parent in code behind

HI there, I would like to pass values back to textboxes and varibales in a parent form from the back end code in a pop up window. Does anyone know how to do this? The help would be greatly appreciated as it is for my university final year dissertation!!!

The fastest and easiest way would be session variables

Session("sOne")=txtContact.text

And etc
