.NET Interview questions for employer

I am a .NET developer, have been for only one year. Three years programming Client/Server total.

I have absolutely no experience in interviews and was wondering if someone had resources as to what type of questions I could ask a college student (work term).

Not too technical because they are junior but enough to see if they know what theyre talking about.

A post for employers? As in Job-Posting? Id try dice.com or any of the "bigger" online job sites (monster.com, etc.).
