E-mail html page as an attachment

I had this program for VB 6 and lost it. Does anyone know how to do this with VB .Net? I can send any local file but how do a send a page that is refrenced by http://?????????.htm

You can use the WebClient class to download the HTML page from the url to your hard disk.
