Im thinking about making the upgrade from VB6 to .NET. I was looking at the prices on the Microsoft site and the only option I can afford at this time is the Standard Edition. Are there any limitations on the Standard Edition?
Like in VB6, you had to have the Professional of Enterprise Editions to get the MSComm control, etc. Does the .NET version have limitations on what you can and cant access based on the version you buy?
