ToolTips on NumericUpDown Control ?

ToolTips dont seem to work on NumericUpDown controls.
And yes the control is enabled.

Anyone see documentation on this?

I didnt try it yet, but looking at the code I dont think it will work.

If I have time this week Ill give it a go, thanks much for the link Jon.
