Tranlate VB6 API to .NET

Hey guys,
Im one of the people who began learning VB directly with VB.NET so i have no idea about the older versions of VB and ive find out its quite different.
(I use to do C,asp,vbs and generally linear programming)
Anyway the attached file is a litle program and an API for the interface of D-Link radio receiver for VB6.
Since i dont even have a compiler for VB6 i dont have a clue about it.
Im interested to write a program in asp.net which i have some knowledge, so that i can control this radio over the web.
but whitout understanding this example and transfer the API to .NET that came with the device, i cant even start
If anyone has the knowledge and the will to take a look then go ahead
It would help a lot if you can tell me if its possible to use this SDK in .NET.

That api looks simple enough - you should be able to copy the declares word for word, except remembering to change the Longs to Integers.
