Wondering if it would be possible to do socket stuff with asp.net.
ie, when a user clicks a button, it opens a remote port x on ip y.y.y.y and send sData. VS.NET doesnt seem to like me when i try this

Yes, it is both possible and ridiculously easy to do with ASP.NET.
