I have sqlserver 2000, how should generate a sql server script file along with table data

In SQL Server Enterprise Manager you can right-click on the object (table, Stored proc) and select All Tasks > Generate SQL Script.

Im very much aware of generating script file using sql server enterprise manager.
What i want is along with the script the data(some default rows are entered) also have to appear in the script.
How to do it?

If u have had a look at microsoft ibuyspy they seem to have ibuyspy database script along with the data.
