mobile emulator

Does anyone know how to add the pocket pc or the smart phone emulator on vb.net?
i downloaded the emulators ans when i goto browse with and i click add its looking for an exe file which i dont see
do i have to use the xml file and create the exe?

The Pocket PC emulator should already be installed. If you display the device toolbar then you should get a pulldown of all the different emulators installed on your system. We are developing a winCE device and when we install our emulator onto the PC VS.NET seems to recognize it.

Now the company creating the OS and Emulator may be doing something in the install that is handling it. BUT the Pocket PC should already be there.
