Hi! I want to inform my users when they have to download the Framework. I know that if Windows XP is all updated, then it has the framework installed. What about win98, winMe, win2000 and winNT? If they are updated through Windows Update do they have the framework installed?

No, thats not included in the Windows Update.

You have to install an apart setup for the .NET Platform.

If your talking about the .NET Framework being in Windows Update. I know for a fact that it is on there for 2000 and might be for 98 and ME.
