Registration or "TRIAL"

I was hoping someone can help me. I am new to VB.NET and just finished my first "project" I would like to know if someone would create a .NET APP to LOCK my program, let the user have a trial, then MUST register. I really dont need super security. I would of course pay for someones services. I would like to be able to "re-use" the code for other APPs in the future.

If you dont need some super secutiry you can easily make something like that yourself without paying

I have read many posts here and other forums. At this point I am willing to pay a FEE for someone to complete it. At that point I would be able to attach it to my program and tweak it.

How would you want to protect your trial?

- I would like to use computer BIOS and possibly HD.
- I use like to be able to use the trial either by days or uses (if possible)
- Once either of the above expire the reg screen will be locked except for a REGISTER button.
- The ability to edit the above days or uses .
- Use my own encrptyion keys
- a KEY generator to UNLOCk the APPS
