Upgrading to VB .net

Since upgrading, I keep getting this warning:

Warning: The dependency Interop.Office, Version=2.1.0.0, Culture=neutral in project AgencyProject cannot be copied to the run directory because it would overwrite the reference Interop.Office, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral.

How do i get rid of this warning?
