.NET wrapper for standard VB ActiveX DLL

I have an ActiveX DLL with 2 entry points. The DLL was created in VB. I need a .NET Wrapper DLL.

I have produced and attached a simple VB test harness which needs the wrapper converted to a .NET DLL

It seems really simple BUT I dont have .NET ...

Can anyone help me please.
