What is the best way to display a semi large excel.range to a windows form?

i was looking into using datasets and datagrids but didnt find much on interfacing them.

i dont know if multi column listboxes would be a good approach

the data i need to display is about 100 rows and 3 or 4 columns wide

any help would be great
