Can't get on!

I get to the "Please type your user name and password" box type in
administrator and says that it cant find the person. I have a password but it
is empty because i got it from a shcool. I can' even get on as a guest.
Anyone Please HELP!!!!!!!!1

Would be nice if you can post the complete error message you get. Also clarify
the part "I have a password but it is empty"
