self-extracting

Does any of You, guys have an idea how to create a self-extracting program in any language (probably C or C++)

Ive found some info about exe structure at wotsits format but still dont know how can I do this.

This program dont need to compress the files which it consists, but just hold them. I was wondering if I could create a setup for my programs with .NET Freamework and Internet Explorer setup whole packed in just one exe file.

Have You got any ideas?

why dont you use winzip?

winzip wont check if framework is installed, it wont show any nice interactable splash screen, etc...
